centos 5.11 配置源（亲测能用）

centos 5 目前已经不维护了，所以很多源也都不支持了。我试过阿里、网易、中科大的源都不行。最终找到这个源可以用（截至2024年3月27）。
拷贝下面的源内容到 /etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repo 文件里面
