2、报错信息：/oracle/app/11.2.0/grid/bin/clscfg.bin: error while loading shared libraries: libcap.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
3、问题的可能性：
①缺少系统补丁包“libcap"补丁包
| # rpm -qa|grep libcap libcap-2-32bit-2.11-2.17.1 libcap-2-2.11-2.17.1 |
②缺少链接文件“libcap.so.1”

4、整体解决办法：
①缺少系统补丁包“libcap"补丁包
| # rpm -ivh|grep libcap libcap2-32bit-2.11-2.17.1 libcap2-2.11-2.17.1 |
②缺少链接文件“libcap.so.1”
